Shipping policy

Shipping Confirmation:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been paid for and shipped. We DO NOT have any control over the speed and handling of the shipping once it leaves our facility.

Damages:

Look What KD Did is not liable for any product damage or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Local Pick Up:

If you select local pick up for your order, you agree to pick up your order within 14 days of receiving a ready-for-pick-up notification. A reminder will be sent after 7 days.

If you are unable to pick up with 14 days, you must arrange to have someone else pick up your item(s) or you will be charged for shipping.

Failure to pickup on time will result in forfeiture of the use of the pick up option in the future.
